Arrival and departure information
To make your arrival and departure as pleasant as possible, we have put together some tips and information for you.
The Zillertal Arena is easily accessible via the Inntal highway (A12) or via Kitzbühel -Mittersill and Gerlosstraße.
Please take note the last kilometers of both roads (A12 and Kitzbühel) are mountain roads. For those who don’t have all-wheel drive vehicles, please make sure that you have suitable winter tires or snow chains for in case of heavy snow conditions.
The Gerlos Alpenstraße is a toll road, but you can travel in winter free of charge as long as you have your reservation confirmation.
Note that only a printed reservation confirmation will be accepted. Furthermore, the toll road is also free of charge when you have a valid ski pass.
In summer season you will be charged a toll fee when driving to Hochkrimml via the Gerlosspass.
We will gladly assist in planning your arrival.
Check in time: 16:00.
Note that in peak season there might be delays with the check in time.
Please kindly let us know when arrival time might be after 18:00.
Check out time is strictly 10:00 a.m. on your day of departure.
The keys must please be returned to the office on departure.
When leaving the apartment, it must be left swept clean, and please leave all the bed linen, together with the towels in a bathroom.
Garbage must please also be taken to the designated collection points.
Mattresses: Our standard size mattresses are 90 x 1,80. Some sizes differ in individual apartments. Please contact our office to get more information on the mattresses.
Toilet paper will be supplied for the first few days.
Please bring along dishtowels, dishwashing liquid and dishwashing tablets.
