Zillertal Arena

Hochkrimml is one of the four locations in the Zillertal Arena. At Hochkrimml, you can spend your holiday virtually in the middle of the skiing and hiking region at an altitude of about 1600 m.

Kitzbüheler Alpen

The National Park village Hollersbach is connected to the Kitzbühel Alps skiing region via the Panoramabahn at Resterhöhe. You can reach the Wildkogel Arena and Zillertal Arena skiing regions by car.

The coming travel season raises many questions for all of us,

Entry into Austria from abroad is possible. 
You need a negative PCR or antigen test that is not older than 48 hours 
and you have to fill out an electronic entry form in advance. 
Entrants who have been tested, vaccinated or recovered 
are allowed to enter without quarantine 
(with the exception of entry from high-risk countries).
Our German guests are allowed 
(if they have been tested, vaccinated or recovered) 
to enter Austria without quarantine 
and can also return home without quarantine.
There is no travel restriction within Austria. 
You can arrive and depart from any federal state.

Since the regulations are constantly changing, 
we ask you to inform yourself 
on the website of the AUSTRIAN FEDERAL MINISTRY.

OUR CANCELLATION SPECIAL

BETTER POSTPONED THAN CANCELED

If your arrival is not possible due 
to changed regulations, that´s no problem! 
With our cancellation special, all options remain 
open to you until shortly before your arrival.
If the apartment / house has to be closed 
before arrival due to force majeure 
or by order of the authorities, 
the agreed rent and the calculated ancillary costs 
will be reimbursed in the amount in which
they have already been paid by the tenant.
A mandatory cancellation processing fee 
of EUR 30.00 will be charged to each tenant.
A replacement service (alternative accommodation or other)
to the tenant does not occur.
You also have the option to convert
the payments you have already made
 (without deduction) into a voucher.
This voucher can be redeemed at the 
new desired date and is not tied to any apartment.

Hygiene & Safety

We generally recommend:

• Always carry your FFP2 mask with you
• Maintain a distance of at least 2m from other people outside of your own group of visitors
• Refrain from shaking hands, hugs and body contact
• Wash hands regularly with soap and water for at least 30 seconds
• Avoid touching the face with contaminated hands
• Sneeze or cough into the crook of your arm or into a handkerchief
• adhere to the instructions of the employees

In winter, the 4-mountain ski circuit - the Zillertal Arena, with its towns of Zell am Ziller, Gerlos, Königsleiten, Wald and Krimml/Hochkrimml - awaits you. 143 well-maintained stretches of ski trails, 52 modern lifts and many cosy cottages guarantee a perfect skiing holiday.

In summer, the Zillertal Arena and the Hohe Tauern National Park offer countless hiking and cycling routes, as well as magnificent mountain hikes and cosy cottages.

Since 2018, we have also been able to rent out luxurious holiday apartments in the Hollersbach National Park.

Hollersbach is the ideal entry point to the skiing region of the Kitzbühel Alps.
Whether in summer or winter, Hollersbach is an insider tip for every season!
