Rental price
The rental price includes the use of the apartment or vacation home named in the rental contract with all facilities/equipment as well as consumption of electricity, gas and water (please note the information at the individual apartments!).
After completion of a booking, we charge a booking fee of EUR 20,00.
The final cleaning is obligatory by us, the price depends on the apartment size and is specified in the rental contract.
The local tax is collected by us (also specified in the lease) and paid to the municipality.
Due to the current geopolitical situation and the associated inflation and rising energy costs, we see the need to charge an energy flat rate to our guests.
This is calculated according to the size of the apartment.
Special services can be agreed individually in writing.
We expressly point out that the maximum number of persons may not be exceeded.
Additional costs
On your arrival the beds are already made up. In addition, you will be provided with one hand towel and one bath towel per person.
(Not available for all apartments!)
The costs are included in the rent. This service cannot be canceled!
If you need additional bath towels, hand towels or sauna towels, you can order them from us up to 14 days before your arrival:
- Towels per piece: EUR 2,40
- Bath towels per piece: EUR 3,40
- Kitchen towels per piece: EUR 2,20
- Sauna towel per piece: EUR 3,70
Additionally, we offer:
- High chair per day: EUR 3,10
- Travel cot per day: EUR 3,80
- Underground parking space needs to be rented
(if not already included in the rent)
- price per day: EUR 10,00
- Dog - additional cleaning fee
(only in selected apartments and with consultation) Price per day: EUR 12,00
