This apartment is located on the Filzsteinalm and is modern and comfortably furnished. The open kitchen with a spacious dining area and sofa is the ideal place to relax.
Two bedrooms, a bathroom, and a sunny terrace facing south complete this holiday apartment. Just the view from the window puts you in a cheerful holiday mood. With a cup of hot mulled wine or tea in hand, you can enjoy the sunny afternoon on the terrace.
For families with children or beginners, the Zillertal Arena is an extremely suitable ski area with many wide blue slopes where you can practice calmly and relaxed. But even advanced skiers will find plenty of slopes in this area. End the day in one of our après-ski bars in Hochkrimml and enjoy Austrian cuisine in one of the restaurants. If you have never been on skis or have not been on them for a long time, we recommend the Hochkrimml ski school.
In summer, you can completely relax in this beautiful mountain village. Hochkrimml is an ideal starting point for hikes, mountain, and mountain bike tours. If you appreciate the quiet surroundings, you are absolutely right in Hochkrimml during the summer season. The Durlaßboden reservoir invites you to surf, sail, swim, or paddle boat, or simply enjoy the time with a good book on the shore of the lake.

General booking info
Upon receipt of the booking confirmation, 30% of the rental price is due for payment (date will be specified in the booking confirmation). The remaining rental amount of 70%, plus booking fee, final cleaning, local tax, and any additional costs, must be transferred at the latest two weeks before the start of the rental period.
The rental price includes the use of the apartment (or holiday home) named in the rental agreement, along with all facilities/equipment, as well as the consumption of electricity, gas, and water (please refer to the information provided for each apartment).
The laundry set with bed linen and one bath and hand towel each is included in the rental price. Additional towels, bath towels, sauna towels, high chair, and cot can be rented upon request.
We charge a booking fee per reservation.
CHECK-IN Check-in is located at Hochkrimml 104, 5743 Krimml, Austria.
The final cleaning will be mandatory and handled by us, with the price determined by the size of the apartment and specified in the rental agreement.
The local tax will be collected by us (also specified in the rental agreement) and remitted to the municipality.
Special services can be agreed upon individually in writing.
