General booking info
Upon receipt of the booking confirmation, 30% of the rental price is due for payment (date will be specified in the booking confirmation). The remaining rental amount of 70%, plus booking fee, final cleaning, local tax, and any additional costs, must be transferred at the latest two weeks before the start of the rental period.
The rental price includes the use of the apartment (or holiday home) named in the rental agreement, along with all facilities/equipment, as well as the consumption of electricity, gas, and water (please refer to the information provided for each apartment).
The laundry set with bed linen and one bath and hand towel each is included in the rental price. Additional towels, bath towels, sauna towels, high chair, and cot can be rented upon request.
We charge a booking fee per reservation.
CHECK-IN Check-in is located at Hochkrimml 104, 5743 Krimml, Austria.
The final cleaning will be mandatory and handled by us, with the price determined by the size of the apartment and specified in the rental agreement.
The local tax will be collected by us (also specified in the rental agreement) and remitted to the municipality.
