The holiday apartment impresses not only with its beautiful central location but also with its selected stylish interior design. The regionally typical wooden interior is skillfully combined here with elegant furniture, color-coordinated fabrics, and a suitable selection of accessories to create a beautiful and cozy living concept.

If you prefer to take it easy in the mornings, you will appreciate the fully equipped kitchen and the beautiful balcony. After a hearty breakfast, you can start your day on skis in a relaxed manner. For breaks in between, a variety of suitable huts and mountain restaurants can be found throughout the ski area. The apartment becomes particularly cozy in the evenings due to its harmonious furnishings. Relax after a strenuous hiking day or a cold day of skiing in the communal wellness area! Peace and quiet are also essential for a relaxing vacation.

The proximity to the lift is incredibly convenient, allowing you to dive directly into the winter sports fun of the Zillertal Arena. In the sports shop, you can rent suitable equipment for your activities. If you have never skied or haven't done so for a long time, we recommend the Hochkrimml ski school.

In summer, Hochkrimml is an ideal starting point for hikes, mountain, and mountain bike tours. If you appreciate the peaceful surroundings, you are in the right place in Hochkrimml during the summer season. The Durlaßboden reservoir, the Kristallbad in Wald/Königsleiten, or the Krimml waterfalls with the WasserWunderWelten in Krimml offer a nice change of pace.

Please note that our company does not provide a bathrobe. Therefore, please bring your own bathrobe for your stay.

Booking schedule

Position

General booking info

Upon receipt of the booking confirmation, 30% of the rental price is due for payment (date will be specified in the booking confirmation). The remaining rental amount of 70%, plus booking fee, final cleaning, local tax, and any additional costs, must be transferred at the latest two weeks before the start of the rental period.

The rental price includes the use of the apartment (or holiday home) named in the rental agreement, along with all facilities/equipment, as well as the consumption of electricity, gas, and water (please refer to the information provided for each apartment).

The laundry set with bed linen and one bath and hand towel each is included in the rental price. Additional towels, bath towels, sauna towels, high chair, and cot can be rented upon request.

We charge a booking fee per reservation.

CHECK-IN Check-in is located at Hochkrimml 104, 5743 Krimml, Austria.

The final cleaning will be mandatory and handled by us, with the price determined by the size of the apartment and specified in the rental agreement.

The local tax will be collected by us (also specified in the rental agreement) and remitted to the municipality.

Special services can be agreed upon individually in writing.
