The Schwabenhütte offers space for families with children as well as smaller groups and combines typical Austrian architecture with all the comfort that summer and winter vacationers could wish for.
The holiday home has been equipped not only with high-quality materials but also with a fireplace and underfloor heating, allowing for perfect room climate control. Thanks to the cozy balance between warmth and comfort, this chalet invites you to linger.
For those who prefer the ski slopes, it's only a short walk to the Duxeralmbahn, and a few minutes later, you're on your way to the stunning mountain world of the Zillertal Arena.

The spacious living room creates an alpine feel-good atmosphere with a tiled stove and rustic wood. The well-equipped kitchen and large dining area practically invite you to cook together.
This holiday home offers enough peace and retreat options for up to 9 people due to its room layout.
A large terrace with a postcard-worthy panorama of the Zillertal Arena invites you to small ski breaks with a relaxing snack in the sun.
Due to its perfect location near the lift and cross-country ski trail, you can start directly into the winter sports pleasure of the Zillertal Arena. At the Intersport store, you can rent suitable equipment for your activities.
If you've never been on skis or haven't for a long time, we recommend the Hochkrimml ski school.

In summer, Hochkrimml is an ideal starting point for hikes, mountain, and mountain bike tours. If you appreciate the quiet surroundings, you are absolutely right in Hochkrimml during the summer season. The Durlaßboden reservoir, the Kristallbad in Wald/Königsleiten, or the WasserWunderWelten in Krimml offer a nice change of pace.

Note: Regarding the bedroom with the bunk bed, we would like to point out that the double bed has a width of 1.60 m.

Booking schedule

Position

General booking info

Upon receipt of the booking confirmation, 30% of the rental price is due for payment (date will be specified in the booking confirmation). The remaining rental amount of 70%, plus booking fee, final cleaning, local tax, and any additional costs, must be transferred at the latest two weeks before the start of the rental period.

The rental price includes the use of the apartment (or holiday home) named in the rental agreement, along with all facilities/equipment, as well as the consumption of electricity, gas, and water (please refer to the information provided for each apartment).

The laundry set with bed linen and one bath and hand towel each is included in the rental price. Additional towels, bath towels, sauna towels, high chair, and cot can be rented upon request.

We charge a booking fee per reservation.

CHECK-IN Check-in is located at Hochkrimml 104, 5743 Krimml, Austria.

The final cleaning will be mandatory and handled by us, with the price determined by the size of the apartment and specified in the rental agreement.

The local tax will be collected by us (also specified in the rental agreement) and remitted to the municipality.

Special services can be agreed upon individually in writing.
