Located on the edge of the Hohe Tauern National Park, you'll find the perfect entry point directly into the ski area, just 200 meters from the ski school, slope, lift, sports shop, and a restaurant with a sun terrace. Here, you can also enjoy the midday breaks of the ski school with your children, provided you don't go back to the apartment in between. This apartment comes with a south-facing, partially covered terrace, making it simply perfect for a stress-free holiday with the whole family.
The fully equipped kitchen and cozy living area with dining table are the ideal places to enjoy your holiday time together. If you're looking for a bit more variety, you'll find restaurants and après-ski bars in the nearby area that will surely offer suitable alternatives.
During the summer season, visitors to this holiday apartment will appreciate the peaceful surroundings and should bring along some time to enjoy activities such as the Königsleitner yodeling trail, Mega Flying Fox, Mega Swing, whitewater tubing, or the high ropes course to the fullest. Likewise, the Krimml Waterfalls are always worth a visit.

General booking info
Upon receipt of the booking confirmation, 30% of the rental price is due for payment (date will be specified in the booking confirmation). The remaining rental amount of 70%, plus booking fee, final cleaning, local tax, and any additional costs, must be transferred at the latest two weeks before the start of the rental period.
The rental price includes the use of the apartment (or holiday home) named in the rental agreement, along with all facilities/equipment, as well as the consumption of electricity, gas, and water (please refer to the information provided for each apartment).
The laundry set with bed linen and one bath and hand towel each is included in the rental price. Additional towels, bath towels, sauna towels, high chair, and cot can be rented upon request.
We charge a booking fee per reservation.
CHECK-IN Check-in is located at Hochkrimml 104, 5743 Krimml, Austria.
The final cleaning will be mandatory and handled by us, with the price determined by the size of the apartment and specified in the rental agreement.
The local tax will be collected by us (also specified in the rental agreement) and remitted to the municipality.
Special services can be agreed upon individually in writing.
