With two bedrooms, this holiday flat offers space for couples or a family with children. The bathroom with shower and a separate WC leave enough space for regeneration after a strenuous day in the mountains and relaxed preparation for the next challenges.

In the general area of the house you can relax in the in-house sauna after a strenuous day's hiking or a cold day's skiing. Simply enter your name on the list at the entrance to the sauna and you can reserve the sauna for you and your family for a certain period of time.

Thanks to the perfect location next to the lift and cross-country ski trail, you can head straight into the winter sports fun of the Zillertal Arena. You can hire suitable equipment for your activities in the Intersport shop.

The fully equipped kitchen and the cosy dining area invite you to cook and linger together. If you are looking for a little more variety, there are restaurants and apres ski bars in the surrounding area that are sure to offer a suitable alternative.

In summer, Hochkrimml is an ideal starting point for hikes, mountain and mountain bike tours. Those who appreciate the peaceful surroundings are in the right place in Hochkrimml during the summer season.
Adrenalin junkies should bring a little time with them to enjoy activities such as the mega flying fox, mega swing, white water tubing or the high ropes course to the full.

Position

General booking info

Upon receipt of the booking confirmation, 30% of the rental price is due for payment (date will be specified in the booking confirmation). The remaining rental amount of 70%, plus booking fee, final cleaning, local tax, and any additional costs, must be transferred at the latest two weeks before the start of the rental period.

The rental price includes the use of the apartment (or holiday home) named in the rental agreement, along with all facilities/equipment, as well as the consumption of electricity, gas, and water (please refer to the information provided for each apartment).

The laundry set with bed linen and one bath and hand towel each is included in the rental price. Additional towels, bath towels, sauna towels, high chair, and cot can be rented upon request.

We charge a booking fee per reservation.

CHECK-IN Check-in is located at Hochkrimml 104, 5743 Krimml, Austria.

The final cleaning will be mandatory and handled by us, with the price determined by the size of the apartment and specified in the rental agreement.

The local tax will be collected by us (also specified in the rental agreement) and remitted to the municipality.

Special services can be agreed upon individually in writing.
