  • What should I do if I have already paid my deposit and our federal government advises against traveling to Austria?

In order to guarantee you a worry-free vacation planning, already paid down payments (without deduction) are converted into a voucher.
This voucher can be redeemed on the new desired date.

  • What happens if the corona numbers rise drastically in our region?

Should there be an increase in corona infections in our region, the federal government will act quickly. As soon as a lock-down of our ski area or a travel warning for our region is issued, all bookings are canceled and the amount already paid, minus a processing fee of € 30.00, is returned to the guests.

  • What to do if your region is not a risk area before you arrive, but our home country still classifies it as such or vice versa - our home country is not a risk area, but your region classifies it as such?

If a lockdown takes place at the tenant's place of residence upon arrival for the booked travel period, the tenant will also be reimbursed the agreed rent and the ancillary costs charged in the amount in which they have already been paid. A cancellation processing fee of EUR 30.00 will be charged to each tenant. In general, if you cannot leave your home town or travel to your booked holiday accommodation 14 days before your arrival date due to officially determined Corona regulations (this also includes a travel warning for Salzburg), this can be canceled free of charge. Only a processing fee of € 30.00 is due here. Otherwise our general cancellation conditions apply.

  • What if Corona occurs during my stay and the region is about to be closed?

If the federal government classifies our area as a risk area and a closure is imminent, all guests must cancel their vacation on the specified date. Of course, you will get your money back for the vacation days not used.

  • Is it possible that only the mountain railways will be closed and we can still start our vacation?

We assume that just closing the mountain railways will not be considered. Should the railways have to close, the region will again be classified as a risk area.

  • In the event of an infection while on vacation, what should be considered?

If this occurs, we ask you to call the emergency number 1450 immediately. In this case, you should not leave your apartment / chalet. A corona test is carried out, which provides clarity about a possible infection.

  • What happens if my employer quarantines me after my vacation?

You will be quarantined for 14 days and should make your ways available to the authority on vacation. In this way it can be determined whether other vacationers are affected. Arena Juwel - Helmut Berger Immobilien und Hausverwaltungen GmbH does not assume any additional financial obligations for the quarantine period after your vacation.
