The beds are already made up when you arrive. You will also be provided with one hand towel and one bath towel per person.

Departure

We ask you to leave the flat by 10.00 a.m. at the latest on the day of departure. The keys must be returned to our office.
If you leave earlier, please put the keys (including the underground car park transmitter) in the grey letterbox to the right of the office entrance.
Please note the following: The flat must be left swept clean, please leave the bed linen, bath towels and hand towels together in a bathroom.
Rubbish must also be taken to the designated collection points.

• You will be allocated a parking space for your car on the day of arrival.
      Please report any damage to the office immediately.
      Do not enter your accommodation or the staircase with ski boots. Please use the designated ski rooms or storage areas.
      Smoking is strictly forbidden in our flats.
      We endeavour to keep our Gerlosplatte clean and beautiful. Therefore, please observe our rubbish separation system:

  - Houses WITH rubbish room: containers for plastic and residual waste in the underground car park or in front of the house
  - Houses WITHOUT rubbish room: yellow rubbish bag for plastic and black rubbish bag for residual waste

             Collection points also for glass, cardboard and aluminium
             Duxeralm - opposite our office
             Filzsteinalpe - car park opposite the Filzstein self-service restaurant
             Silberleiten - entrance to underground car park no. 95

   Rubbish must be disposed of on the day of departure! If rubbish has been left in the flat, we will be forced to charge EUR 50.00 as a disposal fee.
  
  !!! We ask you to be considerate of other guests in the house and to keep the night's rest from 22.00 clock !!!
