This three story semi-detached house, with its breathtaking views, will get you in a relaxed holiday mood in no time.  A terrace, with a picture-perfect panoramic view of the Zillertal Arena, guarantees an unforgettable ski break.

The house is cosy with wooded interior design. The spacious living room creates an alpine feel-good atmosphere with tiled fireplace and old oak.  The well-equipped kitchen and large dining table is perfect for family dining. Restaurants and Après ski bars in the vicinity give you a variety of dining options.
With the ski lift located nearby, the Cross-country ski slope is quickly accessible. Ski and snowboarding equipment can be rented at the Intersport shop. If you have never been skiing, or have not been on ski’s for a while, we recommend the Hochkrimml Ski-school for ski- and snowboarding courses, or refreshment courses.

Hochkrimml is an ideal starting point for hiking- and mountain bike tours in summer.  Anyone who appreciates quiet surroundings is in the right spot when in Hochkrimml. The Durlaßboden reservoir, the Kristallbad in Wald / Königsleiten or the “Wasser Welten” (water world) in Krimml offer a wide variety of activities.

Note: On the top floor there are two single beds and the staircase is open (no door) and a separate bedroom with a double bed!
