This cosy holiday apartment furnished in country style, is the ideal place for winter and sport enthusiasts, hiking, and mountain biking in summer.
From the apartment you can get directly onto the slope and the cross-country ski run. At the end of a day of skiing, you can literally slide right to your front door. A real ski-in-ski-out apartment.
The Zillertal Arena is an extremely safe ski area with wide blue slopes, perfect for children and beginners. Various red, and black slopes are offered for advanced skiing. End your perfect ski day in one of the Après ski bars in Hochkrimml, or enjoy traditional Austrian food in one of the nearby restaurants.
Hochkrimml is an ideal starting point for hiking- and mountain bike tours in summer. Anyone who appreciates quiet surroundings is in the right spot when in Hochkrimml. The Durlaßboden reservoir, the Kristallbad in Wald / Königsleiten or the “Wasser Welten” (water world) in Krimml offer a wide variety of activities.

20% downpayment on the accommodation price.
80% of the accommodation price must be received 14 days before your arrival.
The rental price covers use of the apartment (or holiday home) specified in the rental contract with all its facilities/appliances as well as the consumption of electricity, gas and water (please pay attention to information regarding specific apartments).
Bed linen, handtowels, bathtowels, saunatowels, high chair and cot can be hired on request.
The bed linen and towels (2 pieces) are included in the rent. The beds are already made upon arrival. (Not available in all apartments!)
We charge a booking fee per booking.
CHECK-IN
Check-in is at Hochkrimml 104, 5743 Krimml, Austria.
Final cleaning is mandatory and will be conducted by us on your behalf; the price is based on the size of the apartment and is defined in the rental contract.
The local tax will be collected by us (also defined in the rental contract) and paid to the local authorities.
Additional services can be agreed separately in writing.
