This bright south-facing apartment, decorated in an Alpine style and named "Sun Jewel," is located on the second floor and invites relaxation. It is used by the owner personally, ensuring comfort and a cozy atmosphere.
With one bedroom and a pull-out sofa, it accommodates 2 adults and 2 children. The apartment features an open, fully equipped kitchen with a new dining area and a flat-screen TV. Wooden wall coverings create a unique Alpine Royal Chalet ambiance. Thoughtful alpine-style decorations allow you to savor a piece of Austria.
From the open living/dining area, the French window grants access to a roughly 20-square-meter balcony (east-south-west orientation), furnished with seating for both summer and winter enjoyment. Here, you can relish the mountain views, immersing yourself in the surrounding alpine landscape and vacation atmosphere.

After a day of skiing or on a warm summer evening, you can bask in the sun until late hours, lean back, breathe in the fresh mountain air, relax, and unwind. A washing machine and dryer are available in the communal area of the building for a fee. Additionally, the Alpin Royal Chalet offers a sauna for exclusive use, also for a fee.
The beds are made upon your arrival, and each person is provided with a bath towel and a hand towel. "Ski in, ski out" – thanks to its perfect location near lifts and trails, you can begin your winter sports adventures directly in the Zillertal Arena.

In summer, Hochkrimml is an ideal starting point for hikes, mountain, and biking tours. For those who appreciate a tranquil environment, Hochkrimml is the perfect destination during the summer season. The Durlaßboden Reservoir, the Kristallbad in Wald/Königsleiten, and the Water Wonder Worlds (waterfalls) in Krimml offer delightful diversions.
In September, the area hosts traditional Almabtriebs festivals with farmer's markets, customs, and plenty of local traditions.
