For over 30 years, we have been renting and managing over 150 vacation apartments and chalets in Hochkrimml.

For us, management means correctness, service, and transparency in the handling of all matters.

The vacation accommodations are taken care of year-round by experienced staff from H. Berger GmbH and are also monitored during the owners' absence.

After the season, the vacation apartments are thoroughly cleaned, checked, shutters (if available) are closed, heating and water are turned off. Before the next season begins, all the apartments are inspected and prepared for our guests.

Regular payouts of rental income and the provision of occupancy reports are a matter of course for us.

If the owners wish to enjoy their own vacation property, we are also happy to handle the final cleaning (twice per season). Bed linens, as well as hand and bath towels, can be rented from us.

In case of any problems during the guest's stay, we will intervene immediately and inform the owner of necessary repairs.

Our primary focus is on advertising. Through our website www.arena-juwel.at, which is also translated into English and Dutch, we reach thousands of interested guests each year.

Our popular house catalog is published annually and is well-received by our guests. Advertising placements on platforms like Zillertal Arena, Ferienhausmiete, krimml.at, and nationalpark.at are a standard practice for us.

One of our greatest strengths is guest support and year-round presence on-site!

Guests are welcomed at our office on their arrival day, where they are registered. We handle the key handover, provide guests with current information about Hochkrimml, offer our bread delivery service, show them the exact location of their accommodation, and wish them a wonderful holiday. At the end of their stay, we take over the apartment from the guest and have our cleaning team perform a thorough final cleaning.
